What do I need to do so that the entries show in their entirety when printing
the monthly calendar? They are 'cut off' and the entire entry is necessary. In older versions of outlook you could see the whole entry but not in 2007. Thanks. |

Download, install and run the Microsoft Calendar Printing Assistant. It
provides several of the missing features. Carolyn wrote: What do I need to do so that the entries show in their entirety when printing the monthly calendar? They are 'cut off' and the entire entry is necessary. In older versions of outlook you could see the whole entry but not in 2007. Thanks. |

Thanks. I have done this and I can now print the month view with the whole
appointment or task. For some reason it does not show or print the whole of an all day event however it is still better than what I had. If you have any suggestions on how to get the all day event to show up & print the full text would love to hear them. Thanks again "Bob I" wrote: Download, install and run the Microsoft Calendar Printing Assistant. It provides several of the missing features. maybe you will have to make it a 23 hour and 59 minute event.
