How do I change "Set Time As" setting for several appointments?
I performed a search and the results listed 50 appointments. If I
right-click on 1, I can change the "Set Time As" setting. If I select more than 1, the option does not present itself. I could not create them as a re-occuring appointment, so this forces me to change them individually. Is there a way to change this setting on several appointments at one time? I am using MS Office 2007 Outlook. Mark |

Select however many appointments you wish and drag them to the group with the setting you want them to have. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |

How do I change "Set Time As" setting for several appointments
WOW! Thanks, Brian. This was very helpful...much more powerful than a
simple search...intuitive once you pointed me in the right direction. Mark "Brian Tillman [MVP - Outlook]" wrote: "mazzullomark" wrote in message ...
