when printing the calender it always shows the initiator (creator) of the
appointment. how can you get rid of that? so that it only shows the appointment without a person next to it. |

It's not possible to remove from outlook's printouts. Printing utilities
may not include the organizer's name - see http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar_print.asp for a list of calendar printing tools.
