calender printing layouts problem
when printing the calender it always shows the initiator (creator) of the
appointment. how can you get rid of that? so that it only shows the appointment without a person next to it.

It's not possible to remove from outlook's printouts. Printing utilities
may not include the organizer's name - see http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar_print.asp for a list of calendar printing tools.
