Default uninvited attendees not on the list

My nursing staff secetary is sending out calendar invitations to a very
specific group of physicians and staff. Every invitation she send out goes
to an uninvited user within my organization. I have verified that this user
does not have any forwarding rights to the public folders and that he/she is
not an owner of that public folder. Any suggestions would be helpful
