Repeat Appointments in Deleted Items
I continue to see the same appointment show up as a deleted item in my email.
A new occurrence shows every 30 minutes. The date is listed as 5:00-5:30pm on 12/31/1979. I scrolled all the way back to 1979 on my calender and nothing was there. Cannot find the source of this appointment anywhere in the calender either. Error at top of deleted item is "This appointment occurs in the past".

if you empty deleted items, does it come back?

What type of email account? HAVE BOTH EXCHANGE AND IMAP/SMTP. MESSAGES POPPING UP IN THE EXCHANGE ACCOUNT what version of outlook? OUTLOOK 2003 SP3 do you sync with a pda-like device? Stop syncing and see if it returns.
