I have created some template outlook invitations for regular events. I have
saved them as oft files. I now need to send them out from a secondary outlook account that I have access to. When I open the template invitation it automatically sends it from my personal calendar. Is there a way to add the from field as you can with an email so it sends from the secondary mail box. I have outlook 2007. Thanks |

No, you can't add that field. If the other account is configured as an
Account you can select it and send from it. Are you a delegate of the other mailbox? -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: You can access this newsgroup by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...s/default.mspx or point your newsreader to msnews.microsoft.com. I assume I am a delegate. I had to ask for permission to view and send emails
from mailbox. It has been added to my outlook as another mailbox. So if I open the outlook template how do I tell outlook to send it from the second account? Do I actually have to create the entry in the calendar of the second mail box which would mean I had to enter the content every time? So then my oft files would be a waste of time? ![]() "Diane Poremsky [MVP]" wrote: No, you can't add that field. If the other account is configured as an Account you can select it and send from it.
