Default Outlook support for sectioned meetings

When we have mandatory training or other big meetings there is no room large
enough to hold all of the people. The meeting then gets repeated, and groups
of people are assigned a time/place. These never get sent a meeting notices,
as they are too hard to setup in Outlook.

If outlook could automatically handle breaking down a list and assigning the
right room to the right person then meating notices could be sent. This
would be very helpful to assuring people actually show up.

Typical breakdowns are by first letter of last name or building number.

What is "too hard" to set up meeting notices? Create categories for these
folks and drag the category to the calendar and schedule the meeting. 2
steps.

unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
