Outlook should have a recurrence option of fifth weekday(and more
Outlook calendar has recurring appointment/event option of first to fourth

I can understand needing a 'fifth' but there are never more than five of any

I believe the OP refers to workdays (=weekdays). Of which there are many in
a month. For example, an appointment is to occur on the 10th weekday (workday) of every month. (eg. March 14th, April 14th, May 12th). Regards, Duncan.
