Default Date forward

I am using Microsoft XP with outlook 2003. Is there a way to find a date in
the future from some specific date? eg: From today's date, I want to put a
reminder of an action to be taken 45 days in the future.

Let me know if anyone has an answer.

Thanks

Harvie
