When using Exchange I've entered CONTACT info with birthdates
When entering student information in CONTACTS at our school I also use the
DETAILS tab of the contact form and enter their birthdate. It only puts their birthdate withing MY own calendar. Is there a way to change the default so that the students' birthdays automatically go into the PUBLIC FOLDER I can create for CALENDAR so that the birthdays show for all the teachers to see? -- Thank you. |

No. You'll need to move them to the shared calender.

Can you please expand on that as I don't know exactly what to do...do I need
to re-enter all birthdates in a public folder I create in Calendar? -- Thank you.
