Default Loss of Recurring Data Settings after using USB Transfer Cable

After using a USB Transfer Cable to transfer my Microsoft Outlook Standard
2003 data on to my new laptop which now has Vista, only the appointment data
transferred. Unfortunately, the recurring property setting was not
transferred and I must edit/delete each one as I come upon it. There are
hundreds with no "end date". Please HELP!
