Default Outlook Calander and recurring dates

Hello,

I've been trying to set up a recurring appointment ( or reminder) that
happens and the second before last Monday of each month.

and I can't do it!!

I am running office 2007 with exchange (2003)

I can see how to create a last of the month, a 1st, 2nd, third and forth.
but there doesn't seem an option for the second to last.

All help gratefully appreciated.

Outlook doesn't support that option. You'll need to do it manually
(non-recurring) or see if the the utility here
http://www.websetters.co.uk/WSAddIns/WSRAII/index.htm supports your pattern.
This will make the individual appointments for you.

Diane,

Thanks for the pointer to the addin.

Looking at it I am not sure that it does do what I want. Plus it doesn't
mention outlook 2007 compatibility.

Can 2003 widgets be used in 2007?

Kind regards

Matt

Most addins work in all versions of outlook. It has a trial - test it.
