Default How can I get a copy of a users calendar in another organization?

We interact with another organisation who have Outlook email but no other
access to the Internet. We would like them to be able to see the
availability of a user in our organisation by looking at our user's calendar.
The only way I can see this working is to install some sort of
utility/application on our exchange server that accepts a request via email
for a copy of our user's calendar and emails it back to the sender. Is
anyone aware of software that would do this, or an alternative method? The
other organisation have no ability to surf the Internet or access it in any
way apart from sending and receiving emails.

I'm not aware of any way they can check free/busy without having http or ftp
access to the internet, other than by you sending them copies of your
calendar.

My family publishes our Outlook calendars to Google Calendars and gives
permissions for other family members to view our Calendar..

The other org only has email, so google calendars are out... and I can't
imagine why a company would allow internal calendars to be published to
google.
