Default How can I set up color when someone else schedules appointment?

I manage my bosses calendar. When I'm on vacation or out for a couple of days
I give permission to another assistant to schedule appointments. How can I
set up a color for her appointments so that I will know that she scheduled
those appointments and not me? I'm not talking about categories. I'm talking
about the color of the text.

Which version? You can use a custom view to color the subject based on the
organizer field but it won't work with all versions.

create a custom view that uses automatic formatting to highlight messages
sent by the other organizer.
http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/custom_views.htm shows the menus you need
and at the bottom of this page:
http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/birthday.htm is an example using
autoformatting - you'll use the organizer field here rather than the
recurrence pattern field.
