How can I set up color when someone else schedules appointment?
I manage my bosses calendar. When I'm on vacation or out for a couple of days
I give permission to another assistant to schedule appointments. How can I set up a color for her appointments so that I will know that she scheduled those appointments and not me? I'm not talking about categories. I'm talking about the color of the text.

Which version? You can use a custom view to color the subject based on the

create a custom view that uses automatic formatting to highlight messages
