Hi,
Whenever a meeting is set using the 'make a meeting' function in Outlook 2007 and multiple people are invited, there is a delay on the end users calendar showing the meeting. When the attendee goes to view this meeting, there is a delay in it showing up on their calendar for hours or sometimes days. There is no consistent time delay in all of the attendees, each one can see their calendar item at different times on their calendar. This means that they have missed meetings that might have been set for a time that did not show up before their calendar actually decided to show it was there. Any thoughts on what setting I might have missed? Thanks -- rs |

So I add the switch to the run command so it runs only once?
