Default Meeting Request Date and Time Issues

When users send out meeting requests to single, multiple, or dist list, the
meeting request will come through but instead of having the proper date it
changes them to the current date and time. This happens even if meeting
requests are set to occur 3-4 months in the future.

As soon as the end user gets the request and checks the date it's changed
back to the current day and time.
