Default Why are not all entries in calendar in to-do-bar?

I have many entries in my calender but in the to do bar are only 3 or 4 of 10.
What must I do to see all?

Outlook 2007 (you forgot to mention your version - I post it so other
readers know what we're talking about)

View | To do bar | Options. You can set how many appointments you can see.

I am being very specific with my terminology are you? An event is an All Day
Event versus a meeting. There are some problems with Events in 2007.

All day events will not show in the Outlook 2007 to-do bar, only timed
appointments.
