Default web link for users to download published calendar

Can I provide a link on my website for people to directly download a calendar
I've published as an .ics file or directly into their outlook?

When I publish a calendar to Office online, the option for "anyone can view
and search for this calendar on Office Online" is checked. I've not been
able to figure out where users can search for published calendars. If it's
available, it's not very obvious.
