Delegate having rescheduling issues
I have a user who is having intermittent issues with rescheduling meetings/appointments on her boss’s calendar. When she reschedules a meeting in her boss’s calendar the meeting won’t change on the boss’s calendar instead it makes a copy on her calendar in the correct date and time. The recipients of the change (if it is a meeting) will also receive the correct information and it will change on their calendar. This doesn’t happen all the time but happens enough to annoy the boss. Has anyone had a similar problem and if so have you found a solution? We are using Outlook 2003 with Exchange 2003 with latest service packs. Thank you for any help.
