Default Outlook 2007 Crashes?

I have a user who when creating a new Calandar/appointment entry and
selecting the address book to add the meeting room or other employees outlook
crashes and he has to shut it down through task manager to re-open.

I have ran the Office Diagnostics and it says it fixed an error but the
problem is still present, has anyone any idea's?
