Hi, I have an interesting question
I am trying to build an annual graph in OUTLOOK by means of opening of new user named "company yearly graph" if I invite meetings in OUTLOOK in different diaries, and I would like to invite the user "company yearly graph ", the activity indeed will get accepted in the calendar of this virtual user. The advantage as such is that the graph will always be updated if change in the activities of administrative the company. But!!!! I am uninterested to see the graph according to hours, only according to the activities in the same Day/week/month ( like activities without time = holidays etc... ') How is one able to define, that only when I choose to see the calendar of " company yearly graph ", i will see the companie graph (not list)? very urjent |
