all staff in the company use windows xp pro and office 2003.
a user has been trying to view another users calendar, the calendar has been shared and the calendar appears in outlook fine. the problem is that if the user wanted to remove that calendar from being viewed, they would need to close down outlook and open it again, as the tick box in the 'other calendars' list with that users name is not appearing. one other thing i noticed was as you add calendars of users it has their name at the top above it... this calendar with issues is coming up with a blank name. i've not had office re-installed yet or done a detect and repair. any ideas other than these? thanks. |
