I would like to display my complete task list on a full screen to show due
dates in order, subject matter, and to have check boxes for completion. I could than get a full snap shot of all issues on one screen by due date and open any of them as needed. I used to be able to do this with my previous office package. Thanks in advance for your help. -- Wayne |

Did you try using the Task folder (Ctrl+4)? That gives better options for
sorting, grouping and custom views. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Author, Teach Yourself Outlook 2003 in 24 Hours Need Help with Common Tasks? http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/ Outlook 2007: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2007/ Outlook Tips by email: Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Subscribe to Exchange Messaging Outlook newsletter: "Wayne" wrote in message ... I'm somewhat of a novice. I can't get to the task folder. I did hit 'Ctrl'
& '4' at the same time with no results. I oppologize if this was not the proper action. -- Wayne "Diane Poremsky [MVP]" wrote: Did you try using the Task folder (Ctrl+4)? Ctrl+4 doesn't do anything. Ctrl+ any number doesn't do anything.
For some reason I can't get to a task menu or a task icon a the bottom of the navigation page. "Diane Poremsky [MVP]" wrote: It doesn't do anything? Does Ctrl+ any number move you to different outlook folders? Anyway... try the Go, Tasks menu or click on the task icon at the bottom of the navigation pane. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Author, Teach Yourself Outlook 2003 in 24 Hours Need Help with Common Tasks? http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/ Outlook 2007: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2007/ Outlook Tips by email: Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Subscribe to Exchange Messaging Outlook newsletter: "Wayne" wrote in message ... I'm using Outlook 2007 and I've tried the help diagnostics but with no
success. This seems like it shouldn't be this difficult. I'm probably not doing something right. -- Wayne "Diane Poremsky [MVP]" wrote: You are using Outlook 2007, correct?
