Default Calendar view Navigator Month

1. How to make the month visible in the calendar view nagivation pane? I'm
using Outlook 2007.

2. I plan to create a calendar in Public folder and mark the company
general event on it. If a staff view this calendar in public folder and
would like to make the same event in his/her own calendar, how to copy the
event from public folder to individual calendar?

3. Previous I'm able to right click the calendar in public folder, select
add to favorite and the calendar will create a shortcut in the calendar view
under others calendar but now I'm not able to do it? any ideas?

4. How to make the appointment in the calendar month view to show the time
instead of just just the subject?

1. Do you mean small thumbnail calendars on the left? You'll need to either
minimize/close the to do bar or remove the calendars from it. (r-click on
the to-do title bar to show the to-do bar options)

2. Select it, press esc to get out of edit mode, copy and paste?

3. is it already in favorites? what happens when you try?

4. it was removed for a cleaner calendar. The times only show when you
hover over them.

Diane,

Thank you very much for your response.

3. I have remove it from favorites and now I wanted to add in again but not
able to do it. I also try to do it on another PC to add in favorites but it
doesn't work also.

Regards

I'm using Outlook 2007 with Exchange 2003. My problem is resolved. It is
someting releated to cache. what I did is to delete the link from the
favorites folder under the Public Folder. Click on the calendar in the
public folder and add it again using add to favorite function and it will
appear in the calendar view again.
