Default Blackberry & multiple calendars and more needs.

This is an follow up on an old post but, I never saw an answer.

We currently share an organizational Outlook 2003
calendar for the contractors so appointments/projects are only entered
once and everyone knows who is where and we can cover
meetings for each other on the fly. Blackberry will
only "over the air update" calendar entries in our
personal Outlook account, since that is where we
send/receive e-mail. (We currently synchronize via
desktop with a pointer to the org calendar.) Is there a
way to take the organizational calendar and mirror it to
all personal calendars automatically so we can get
calendar updates while on the road?

I hope this explains it.
The same goes for the contact list.
Personal in each mail box and the on in the Public Folder.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
More coffee, more coffee, never enough good coffee.

Nothing like that is built into OUtlook. See http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/sync.htm#exssync for tools to help with this.
