Hi,
I have published my personal calendar to WebDAV on a server within my company, the server is running Server 2003 SP2 & Exchange 2003 SP2, the Outlook Client is running Outlook 2007. The calendar published fine and I have invited myself to view it, but when I create a new appointment in my personal calendar it doesn't seem to update to the published copy even when I click send/receive. I also tried publishing a shared calendar from a public folder and this worked a bit better but the updates from the original calendar to the published one didn't propagate until the next day. Any ideas why the appointments don't appear in the published calendar? -- Rich http://www.badangling.com -= Sea fishing badly explained =- |

Rich,
Does the server version of the calendar update if you: 1. add a new appointment in Outlook 2. in the Folder List module of the navigation pane select the calendar folder you are publishing 3. press Shift+F9 What do you see for "Current provider limit" when you open the account via the Published Calendars tab (Tools - Account Settings)? How about your Send/Receive settings: 1. Tools - Send/Receive - Send/Receive Settings - Define Send/Receive Groups -- did you modify any of the Send/Receive values? 2. Select the account containing your published calendar and click Edit 3. Select "Published Calendars" under "Accounts" -- Is the "Include Published Calendars in this send/receive group" check box enabled? 4. Under Publish Options (bottom of the dialog) is your published calendar enabled? -- Thanks greg mansius [MSFT] Microsoft Office Outlook Support This posting is provided "AS IS" with no warranties, and confers no rights.
