Default Cannot print others' Daily Calendars

Our office manager recently got shifted over to a "new" system (not an actual
fresh install, just one she hadn't used in some time). I moved over her old
PST/OST and pointed Outlook to them so that she would have her email archives
and such. However, we're having an odd issue:

She needs to be able to print out other people's calendars to use for
scheduling and payroll purposes (hourly employees are required to use
Calendar as a timesheet), but it will only allow her to print out their
Calendars in Weekly format (7 days on one page). the problem is, she needs
then in Daily format (one day, one page) in order to process them effectively
(visual blocks of time are less subject to reading errors, apparently ).
She can print her own Daily's just fine, but when she tries to print any
others', the system spits out an an error box: "The messaging interface has
returned an unknown error. If the problem persists, restart Outlook."

Natch, that hasn't helped. We use Office 2003 on XP Pro SP2, Exchange
server. I verified that her Outlook/Exchange settings are all correct.

Show her how to turn off the taskpad in the print settings.

It wasn't on to begin with. I don't think anyone here bothers with it

Hmm. Are you sure? I don't mean in the folder view but in the print settings. Having it on is not just most common cause of not being able to print a daily view, but the only cause that I recall.

Odd. That is not even an option in our Print settings.

You might want to look again. Under Page Setup, on the Format tab, there is a check box for Include: Taskpad.
