Default Day/Week/Month View with Autopreview

It seems that when i place my cursor over the "events/banners" in my calendar
I am not getting the whole script appearing...I have to double click to read
the entire Event. Rather annoying, Help.

Sorry, Office 2003. Also, the only thing i have attempted it to "customize
current view" then "reset current view" and that didn't do it...
