Synchronizing with Treo 650

I have Outlook 2007. I updated all the Palm software and spent two hours on
the phone with their tech suppport. IT seems to run the hotsynch from the
palm cradle with no error messages, but when I check the contacts and
calendar they have not updated. Does someone know if there is a setting in
OUTLOOK to help this problem?

There is no Outlook setting. Synching is completely controlled by the sync
software.
