Default all colours for appointments appear as Free (white).

I have a user who sets up an appointment, selects either the busy (blue) or
out of the office (purple) which is fine. However when the appointment is
viewed in the calendar it appears as Free (white).

Does any one know how to fix this problem or come across it before.

Thanks

Which version of Outlook are you using? Typically the calendar shows the
category color not the free/busy status color.

Client is using Outlook 2003 but I think I have managed to fix the problem.
