It would be really useful if you could copy and paste calendar appointments
from one calendar to another without sending meeting requests. I look after several Managers diaries who often attend the same meetings. I have all their calendars open on my screen and I have to retype the same appointments into each of their calendars. I know I can send invites from one to another but then they would wonder why they were getting the invites from someone who isn't organising the meeting and they would be inundated with meeting requests. Do you know if it is possible to copy and paste each appointment from one calendar to another?
