Hi,
I have a user here that forwarded an update to a meeting to someone outside the company. Well, now that person from outside the company is receiving all the meeting updates from the original meeting meant for internal users only. I explained that the user outside the company must have click yes to accept the meeting request. Now he is in as an optional attendee. The outside user claims that he didn't accept it. All he did was open it. Is this possible? Or did the outside user click yes to accept the meeting without realizing it. Thanks TKE402 |
