Default OL2K3 Reminders trigger on wrong server

I use OL2K3 to access my Corporate Exchange Server and my personal POP3. The
Exchange server is the primary account; yet Outlook Calendar's Remonder only
pop up when I'm home accessing the pesonal POP3 server.

I need to change this to popping up when accessing the company's Exchange
Server as it is more important to make work deadlines or meet with management
than it is to be reminded about Dentist appoiontment.

Any idea how do this? Thanks in advance.
