Duplicate shared calendar items
I have shared Contacts and Calendar folders. Recently, two of each
appointment appeared on the calendar of the recipients. They suddenly receive hundreds of "updates" that turn out to be duplicate entries. I have not made any major changes to the "main" calendar. This has happened periodically before with both contacts and calendar entries. In the past, I have simply deleted the shared folder, uninvited the member, and then re-shared it. But this takes quite a while to re-populate and is annoying. Why does this happen and how can it be fixed? We use: Windows XP Office 2000 Outlook 2000 IMO
