Palm desktop has a simple way to filter your calendar. Their category is the
same as their label and with the click of one button, you can sort your calendar and view all appointments for each label/category individual. This lets you print out a calendar for all of your personal items and a calendar for all work items, etc. ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes.
