Default end time not shown on monthly calendar

I would like to have the start and end time displayed on the monthly calendar
when I print it out. Is that possible? Currently it only shows the start
time but when I am looking at the printed out monthly calendar it is
difficult for me to know how long an appointment therefore how much time I
have available between appointments without the end time being there. I
cant seem to find anywhere where it can be changed to display this. Help!!
