Default How to set due date for a Category of Tasks? Or set any field that applies to the whole category?

Hi,
I have tasks organized by category.

I need to set a due date for all the items in that category.

Often I also need to change other fields for all items with one click
or action.

Is this possible in Outlook 2003?

Thanks

If you group items in a view by a certain field, you can drag items from one
group to another to change the value of that field to the field you're
dragging to.
