Default Determine dates by number of days, "what date is 180 days from now

How do I get Outlook to find a date that is some number of days in the future
such as 90 days for a specified date or 180 days from a specified date.
This needs to be done in Calendar when setting appointments and also in
tasks when setting due dates.
Outlook 2003
Thanks,
TLamb
