Default Fix duration field time unit

Hello,

Is it possible to have Outlook only use minutes unit for the duration field?

I intend to copy journal items in entry list view and paste it in Excel to
report time usage.

By default, Outlook changes time unit to minutes, hours or days. I want it
to use minutes regardless of the size of the time span.

Thank you very much
