Default Setting Up Calendar Delegates

Good Afternoon:

I am supporting an end user who would like to setup a person as a delegate
to his calendar in Outlook. However, the person whom he wants to setup is
outside of the domain. Is there any way that this can be done?

Any assistance that you can provide would be great! Thanks very much!

Sincerely,
Chris Z.

Does anybody know of any patches or plug-ins that might allow this to happen?
