Default Need option for seven column Outlook calendar with Sunday first.

We retirees don't have a 5 day work week starting on Monday anymore but we
still have a need for a good calendar with reminders for the things that we
tend to forget more easily as the years go by. But in our dementia, we
sometimes get confused easily when a six column calendar grid shows up with
Sunday as the last day of the week instead of the first and we have to
diverge from our common wall calendar mindset. Maybe there is an option that
will do this for me but I haven't been able to find it. Not even in the
Tools/Options/Preferences/Calendar Options screen that leads me to believe
that I've made the change but sneakily ignores my specification of Sunday as
the "first day of the week".

Default Need option for seven column Outlook calendar with Sunday first.

To show Saturday and Sunday in separate boxes in the month view, choose View | [Arrange By ] Current View | Customize Current View | Other Settings clear the box for "Compress weekend days"

THANK YOU, Sue. I knew there had to be a way to do it. It just wasn't
intuitively obvious to this casual observer.
