It's quite silly that when I want to print the next 5 days of my weekday
calendar my only option is to print 2 weeks worth of appointments. If it's a Wednesday, then i am forced to print Mon & Tuesday (which are in the past) and then on a separate page am forced to print Wed, Thu & Friday. Quite inefficient and wasteful. I think weekly view should print the next week starting with the current day. Now, if anyone knows how i can print Wed, Thu, Fri, Mon, Tue using weekly print style on one page, I'd appreciate it. ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes. Use the Date Navigator to select the days you want to print (hint - use the
control button to select the days) and then use the Print Setup function to set your days to print using the Weekly style and the display you want (I tested only with the Left to Right orientation). This should accomplish what you want. -- Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook] Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact.
