Outlook 2003 - when setting up an invitation to many people to attend a
recurring series of meetings, is it possible to see a summary of who will not be able to attend which meetings in the series because they already have appointments in their calendars? (The attendee availability tab on the meeting request form shows the information but not in a summarised or easily accessible form.) |
