Default Outlook 2003 Holidays 2007-2012 (KB924423)

I have installed the 2007-2012 holidays by running
office2003-KB924423-FullFile-ENU.exe

The hotfix said it had completed properly.
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\1033\OUTLOOK.HOL was successfully
replaced by the new file.

However, the new holiday dates are not present in the calendar.

Has anyone seen this problem before? Any ideas how it can be remedied?

Did you then use ToolsOptionsCalendar OptionsAdd Holidays to add the new
..HOL file to the calendar?

Brian,

Thank you. I am deeply embarrassed by my ignorance, although in mitigation
I would say that I last did this some years ago, and it would have been a
good idea for Microsoft to mention it within the installation instructions
for the download.

Adding the holidays as per your instructions worked perfectly.
