Default web based changes not appearing in regular outlook calendar

Hi,

I have noticed that when I make a change in my regular outlook client's
calendar, it shows up both there and in my web-based client.

When I make a change in my web-based client calendar however, it only shows
up in my web-based calendar. Not in my regular Outlook client calendar.

Does anyone know why this is happening, and how to fix it? We use Exchange
2000 here, with Outlook 2003 clients.

Any help would be Greatly Appreciated.

Thanks,
Mike
