Meeting request sent to 4 users. All came back as "accepted" even though
user did not respond. Sometimes declines come through also when user has not actually accepted or declined. |

Have the users go to Tools-Options-Calendar Options-Resource Scheduling
and make sure "Automatically accept meeting requests and process cancellations" et al are not selected. "FCoord" wrote: Meeting request sent to 4 users. I am having this problem also. I went to Tools, options, etc. and the box is
NOT checked to automatically accept. Although employees are getting back repsonses that I accepted their request, only I never saw it! No chance of that. No one has access to my calendar. I read where employees
should always invite the conference room as a Resource instead of "required", but I don't know if will help...
