I tried doing with with Editor permissions and was not able to search the
delegates calendar. "kj" wrote: 1a) If you have the calendar you want to search already on "My Calendars" or "Other Calendars", right click the calendar and select "Open in new window". Then do your search in the new window. Your search scope will be limited to that calendar. 1b) If not already on "My Calendars" or "Other Calendars" , then click on "open shared calendar", select the users calendar, then proceed with 1a above. 2) I've not really tested the minimum permissions, but I would expect you would need at least "Reviewer" (read items) permissions to search. -- /kj "owingswd" wrote in message ... umm, ok, that great! So, (1) How do I "open the other calendar in a new window," and, (2) What "permissions to the other calendar" are required? We all have Outlook 2003 and since I'm the "boss" (note quotes, please) I should be able to insist that the permissions are set to allow this. I share calendars with three memebers of my staff, but I can only "find" on my own calendar, not any of theirs. How do I do this? |
