Default Exchange Tool descrepencies

I have run Outlook tool with some mixed results in test and now have run the
Exchange tool with results I'm not sure how to interpret. All day events
seem to change to 2 day events and the MSExtmz....log is reporting different
times then would be found in appointment or reminder. Example below...in
both examples below the log shows one thing and the actually appointment or
reminder says another. In the first one when I look at the appointment it
says 8am-10 and in the second one the reminder says 8am. As you can see the
logs do not coincide. Why the descrepencies? Anyone seen similiar issues

Old Start Time: Thursday, March 22, 2007 1:00:00 PM
New Start Time: Thursday, March 22, 2007 12:00:00 PM
Result: Success
