Default Shared Calendar Question ?

Is it possible that the Administrator sets a Reminder on Calendar Event, to
be pop up on particular date on Multiple Pcs, selected by the Administrator.

For example: Administrator wants to call a meeting on 22nd March,2007 and he
sets this in Outlook Calendar, and it should popup only on User A and User B
Pcs, other users should not see this Reminder, any idea please ?

Best Regards,

Luqman

Default Shared Calendar Question ?

Dear Luqman,

does this reminders popup if he send a meeting request to this users and if
they confirm this meeting request?

Normally if you confirm a meeting request, this meeting will be added to
your personal calendar inclusive an active reminder. It is only a test to
see if the reminder works if you use another way.

If the reminder generally wouldn´t work on this workstations you could try
the information on his site.

Maybe it helps.
