Default Recurring Appointments Stretch for a single month

I just noticed that the "one day" recurring appointments in my calendar have
stretched from 1 to 2 days for the month of March 2007 only. When I open the
appointment the stop date has been extended for exactly one day. I did not
do this for any appointments in that month.
